My ways back home
A Ritual changes my relationship to an inner state. A Dance helps a state or capacity move through the body. Both are built by you — nothing lands in here unless you put it there.
Function first
Start with what you need the thing to do. Then choose or invent the dance or ritual that does it.
That’s the correct starting point. Add the first thing that already works for you — even if it sounds unimpressive. Especially if it sounds unimpressive.
Examples — not prescriptions
Breathing here means slow breathing. No breath-holding instructions, no counting drills.
Cláudia’s key-dances — make your own version
We give the key-dance — the same for everyone, which becomes community. Each person creates their own version, with their own music. Then it becomes theirs.
Rooting
Ground / AterrarFeet on the ground, breathe into the belly, release slowly.
To truly arrive.
It’s Okay
Soften / SuavizarShoulders up and a little laugh.
“Yeah, that’s how it is — it’s okay.”
Leave It With Me
Soften / SuavizarHand tapping the chest.
“Leave it with me!”
Micro-step
Ground / AterrarHand on the watch, on the pointer.
“What’s my micro-step to move the pointer now?”
Co-creation
Open / AbrirHands up, opening.
“We’re all geniuses!”
Stay Here With Me
Open / AbrirPhone away, eyes meeting, hand extended.
“Stay here with me.”
Cláudia’s own repertoire — hers, as an example
All of these are Claudia-specific examples. None of them is prescribed to anyone else. A borrowed ritual is not a ritual yet.
